Founder & CEO | Facilitator
Coordinator - Marketing and Outreach
Subhankar is the Founder and CEO of the CSA Trust. Before joining CSA, he had worked for more than 20 years in leadership positions at Welthungerhilfe Country Office in India, Tata Trust, and PRADAN.
His main skills include Programme Development and Management, Design Thinking and Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Organizational Development along with Facilitation & Coaching.
He has led setting up of successful social enterprises and non-profits. He believes in co-creation and collaboration as the cornerstone for success.
Shubhi holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business. She was previously working with MakeMyTrip and has been a part of the startup ecosystem, working in diverse roles. She is an environment enthusiast, passionate about building on solutions to overcome environmental challenges, and has her own social enterprise that upcycles textile waste. Shubhi handles the role of marketing communications at CSA India.
Subodh Rana
Coordinator - Finance, Admin and Logistics
Subodh holds a bachelor's degree in Accounts & Finance and is pursuing his MBA from NMIMS. At CSA, his role includes managing areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, cash management, general ledger, inventory, banking and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with small business regulations, tax laws, insurance requirements, industry standards, etc.

Nidhi Rao
Coordinator - Training and Content Development
Nidhi holds a master’s degree in Environment Management from FRI, Dehradun. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy from TERI SAS, New Delhi. She previously worked for two years with NIC under the DoSEL and assisted in PM SHRI Scheme & SDMS project. She also worked on the joint project of NCERT & NIC in the PMU unit for the development of the NCF 2022 where she facilitated training for multi-level stakeholders. Her skills include Stakeholder management, Project Management, Capacity building, Training and Impact research designing. She handles the role of training facilitation and content development at CSA India.

Bhawna rai
Consultant Facilitator
Bhawna has more than 9 years of experience in the development sector. She has been working with adolescent girls, children and women on the issues of menstruation, education, skilling, and livelihood. She is passionate towards community development and youth driven campaigns and programs. She facilitates training on Leadership & Team Management, Community Leadership at CSA India.

Benedict naurangi
Field Officer
Benedict is an experienced field officer with us and has completed his education till 12th standard. He has extensive work experience in organizations like PRADAN and Udyogini. At CSA, he's working as a field officer for the Community Leadership program and executes the initiation and completion of the training. He strongly believes that the training can bring about a tangible change in the communities and is determined to work towards it.
vishwasi hemrom
Field Officer
Vishwasi works as a field officer with CSA. She has completed her B.A. and M.A. and is currently a member of Gulab Mahila Mandal and Gram Panchayat. Having witnessed the potential of female community leaders, she is intent on capacitating them to achieve their maximum. She has undergone a transformation after joining CSA and is driven to make a change.
